Good morning! This is one of my favorite breakfasts; Three Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Pancakes (1/4 cup mix or half the recipe), 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese, and 3-4 cut strawberries. 25g Carbs/ 3g Fat/ 19g Protein
It's delicious and filling especially if you pair it with a large bottle of water. Drink your water at every meal folks, it makes a difference!
Although I have never counted Macros until this last week in taking on the TT challenge, I did however count calories this last year and lost 40 lbs! Calculating what we eat is huge!! My husband is a physician and he did the same thing to lose 50 lbs that he had gained during residency. He now teaches his clients to do so.
I believe counting macros is a step higher for more body compositional benefits. Doing anything in this direction is going to get you results moreso than before so I am just saying all this a good thing. Hang in there and trust the learning curve! I need this encouragement for myself as well since I am new to counting Macros. Best Fitness yet here I come!
