Maintaining Healthy Habits on Vacation

So, this wasn't easy after all that I had been doing before the trip. Basically, I felt like I had to drop it all so I could focus on making the vacation a success. Maybe I should have taken a different approach but at the time I didn't know how to continue Macro counting and weight lifting daily on vacation so I just set it aside. Since I was serving constantly and moving- literally every couple days on to visit a different family member, I hardly had an hour to myself to work out even. Maybe this was an excuse but since I wasn't working out as much I just did the best I could with food choices and kept active where possible. These little kiddos needed tons of attention in addition to visiting so many family members and serving them! 😀
