So I typically think everyone around my age at the gym or just don't think about age too much. But I had noticed a lady in my class that looked really fit and I thought to myself, she has got to be in her 50s maybe which was impressive for how fit she looked. I decided to ask her and find out. She told me she just turned 70!!!!!! What?!?!? This totally inspired me. I want to be like this. I asked her what she does and she told me she does Spin classes 3-4x a week. Safice it to say I decided to try them and I love it. It is hard but dang I sweat like no other workout. I am hoping this will give me that cutting edge I am looking for. Yay!!
